Privacy enquiries, data requests and complaints about how Linda handles personal data should be directed to our Data Protection Lead:

Requesting Access, Correction or Deletion

If you want to know what personal data Linda holds about you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion, email the address above. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some requests may be subject to lawful limitations (for example, information we are required to retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes).

Disputing Review or Verification Information

If you believe a review, reference or verification result about you is inaccurate, misleading or unfair, see our Reviews & Fairness Policy for how to raise a dispute — or use the Resolution Center inside the Linda app if you already have an account.

Complaints to the Regulator

If you are not satisfied with our response, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC), Kenya's independent data protection regulator.
